After registration you may request that your details be removed from our database at any time and with immediate effect. Gentlemen4Hire also retains the right to cancel your membership with immediate effect should we deem it necessary. 8. Nothing in the agreement creates a partnership, or the relationship of employer and employee between the parties. 9. We Gentlemen4Hire stress that in no way shall we be responsible for any incident in any form whatsoever which may occur with an Escort, Client or both. Both the Escort and the Client are responsible for their own actions at all during the date. It is the responsibility of the Client to propose a safe place to meet the Escort. 10. Gentlemen4Hire does not guarantee the number and frequency of bookings, this will depend purely on demand and the appeal of the Escorts profile to Clients. 11. Your subscription fee will automatically renew at the end of each period and will continue to do so until we receive an email request from you to cancel your subscription. There will be no refund for the remainder of the current period however we will cancel the subscription with immediate effect.
